Jesemi Distribution has a price structure that allows your business to get gross margins of 30% and above, most products being in the 32,50 and 35% range. Please note that prices shown in this catalogue may change at any time; sometimes we are forced to raise them, but it also happens that we lower them when we are able to pass on to you savings from increased efficiency.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
The best way to place your orders is online. If no special instructions are given, your credit card on record will be processed. Payment term is due upon receipt.
SHIPPING
When ordering, specify if it is a pickup at our warehouse or delivery at your place. Packing is done with great care and lots of bubblewrap (!) and we are proud of our very low levels of breakage.
We have very good negociated shipping rates with several companies. We bear 60% of the cost, because we do not want to impact it in our product prices.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Please, report any broken, wrong or missing items when receiving the package by email with photos. We’ll proceed quickly to resolve the situation. Check your order upon arrival, as claims done more than 5 days after receiving the items will not be considered as valid.
